HEART BODY & MIND

In my practice at Studio Mettā, I am following the Heart-Body-Mind approach for experiencing stillness inside.

Body:  Many call it "the unconscious mind", and for good reason. We work with the nervous system, emotional regulation, and awareness of bodily sensations.

Heart / Self: The core of everything. Practicing self-awareness and compassion towards yourself and the world with Loving Kindness - mettā.

Mind: The conscious part of the body. With the awareness of our thoughts we transform limiting beliefs, calm mental loops, and create supportive habits. 

By integrating these aspects you will gradually discover who you are beyond roles, stress, and external expectations. Whether you come for a single massage session, a coaching journey, or a group experience during a men‘s circle, with Studio Mettā I am here to support your growth and well-being in a way that’s gentle, practical, and progressive.
