Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or "no-shows," will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Refunds

If you have prepaid for a session and cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
